Guests can unwind on the terrace, enjoy outdoor dining under the pergola or use the barbecue area. A hot tub and outdoor shower add an extra touch of comfort.
Indoors, the villa spans 300 m2 across three levels with bright rooms, floor heating and modern furnishings. The open-plan living and dining room includes satellite TV, digital TV, air conditioning and forced-air heating, opening directly onto the patio and pool area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a cooking island, oven, dishwasher, five induction plates, microwave, freezer, toaster and electric coffee machine.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We came with another family, 4 adults and 4 kids, and the house never felt crowded. Kids loved having their own room with terrace access straight to the pool. Outside space was incredible: loungers, dining area, garden, even a hot tub. Inside was spotless, aircon worked well, bathrooms shiny clean. The location felt private but still close enough to beaches and shops. Everyone had an amazing time and the weather was perfect for swimming every day.

Perfect mix of nature and comfort
Stayed here two weeks to work remotely and relax. Wi-Fi was quick and stable, the office room upstairs was quiet with a lovely view. After work we sat outside by the pool or used the BBQ. Kitchen was equipped with everything, even good coffee machine. Nights were quiet, no traffic noise at all. We explored Javea and Moraira, both really close. The team who handled the booking gave us great restaurant suggestions. Honestly a great choice for longer stays too.

Great stay for a group of friends
We came as 8 adults and this villa was spot on. Big modern kitchen for cooking together, massive garden and a pool we used every single day. The hot tub at night was amazing after the beach. Bedrooms were spacious, good AC everywhere. It’s super quiet so we slept really well. Easy drive to Javea for restaurants. The agency answered quickly and even gave us tips for beaches and supermarkets. Would totally book again with them.
