Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We wanted a calm place to work a bit and disconnect a bit, and this villa ticked all the boxes. Strong wifi, tons of natural light and quiet surroundings. The heated pool made mornings super relaxing, and the garden felt huge. Tried a restaurant just 5 min away (Carrasco) and it was great after a day wandering around Javea Port. The welcome pack with snacks and water was a nice touch too.

Relaxing holiday with everything we needed
Just me, my partner and my parents this time. The villa was bigger than we expected but in a good way. Loved the modern kitchen and the projector inside for late movie nights. Weather was warm enough to use the pool most days. Agency answered fast when we asked about a taxi company, which made dinner plans in town easier.

Couldn’t believe how spacious it felt
Stayed here for 6 nights and it honestly felt like its own little resort. The living area had so much light, and those sliding doors made the outside feel part of the house. We used the outdoor kitchen area a few times and it was great for big meals. Arenal Beach was close enough to walk when we felt like it. One evening we got some tips from the team about a viewpoint near Montgó and it was worth it.

A wonderful villa for family time
We came as two families with kids and it worked perfectly. Bedrooms all had access to the terrace, so mornings were easy. The heated pool was a big plus, the kids practically lived in it. Evenings were usually spent outside, grilling or just hanging out while the garden lights came on. The agency sent us a welcome pack before arrival which helped a lot after the long drive.

Calm spot near Javea
We stayed a week with our kids and loved how easy everything felt. Pool was warm, lots of space outside, and the house was comfy to move around. Short drive to Arenal made mornings super chill.
