Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Came to celebrate a birthday with a group of 8 and honestly it was the perfect pick. Big open living room, plenty of space outside, and that infinity pool was used non-stop. We cooked a lot and the kitchen had everything, even a juicer which we used every morning. Weather was warm enough to sit outside late. The welcome info from the agency was super clear and made arrival easy.

Great mix of comfort and privacy
We stayed one week with another couple and everyone had their own space. The lift made it simple for my mother who doesn’t like stairs. Pool area was spotless and the loungers super comfy. One afternoon we drove to a viewpoint near the Ifach park and the walk wasn’t hard at all. The villa felt safe and the alarm system gave peace of mind. Loved being in such a calm area.

Felt like living in a postcard
Spent a full week here with my partner and parents, and the house was even nicer than the pics. Huge windows everywhere, modern kitchen, and the terrace became our go-to spot for slow breakfasts. One day we took the car to La Fossa Beach and the water was crystal clear. The team helped us arrange a taxi for dinner in Calpe and answered fast. Really loved the vibe of the place.

A beautiful villa for a family reunion
We came as two families with teens and it worked perfectly. Every bedroom had its own bathroom so no morning chaos. The view of the rock was insane, especially at sunset. Kids loved the infinity pool and we used the barbecue almost every night. Agency gave us some recommendations for small coves nearby and they were spot on. Felt super easy and comfy the whole week.
