Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Kids loved the pool and garden. We had breakfast outside every morning. Parking was easy and the neighbourhood felt very safe. Good spot for exploring beaches and nearby towns.

Very relaxing and comfortable
Spent a week here with a group of friends. We had coffee on the terrace every morning and used the outdoor area all day. Inside was modern, clean and well organised. The parking space was convenient and there was extra parking on the street. Nice restaurants nearby, and Cala del Moraig is beautiful for swimming. A really enjoyable stay overall.

Great choice for families
We stayed with our two kids and it was perfect. Private pool, garden space and a quiet neighbourhood where the children could play without worrying. The beach was a short drive away, and we also enjoyed walking around Cumbre del Sol for the views. Booking was simple and communication with the host was quick and friendly. Felt like a home, not a rental.

Relaxing week in a peaceful location
The villa is in a calm area, close to the sea, which was exactly what we wanted. Bedrooms were comfortable, bathrooms were clean and the living room had a really cosy feel. We used the barbecue almost every night. We asked the agency for a late checkout and they were super helpful and polite, so the whole process felt easy and stress-free.

Perfect for a quiet holiday
We came as two couples and found the place exactly as shown. Plenty of space, well-kept pool and a lovely garden for sitting out in the evenings. The kitchen had everything we needed, so we cooked at home most nights. Air conditioning kept the rooms cool and the WiFi was fast enough for work calls. Short drive to supermarkets and restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely quiet break by the sea
We stayed as a family of four and really enjoyed it. Clean house, comfy beds and the pool was perfect for lazy afternoons. Short walk to Cala del Moraig.
