Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
My husband and I stayed here with another couple and it was just what we needed - calm, sunny, and perfectly located. We walked to Playa Playetes every morning for a swim and breakfast by the sea. The villa’s terrace was our favorite spot to sit late at night listening to the waves. Everything was easy - from check-in to getting around town. The hosts were responsive and gave great tips for local restaurants. Highly recommend this spot for a stress-free break.

Family holiday made perfect
We came as a family of five and couldn’t have asked for a better place. The kids loved the pool and garden, while we enjoyed how close it was to the beach - no long drives or stress. Everything inside was clean and comfortable, and it felt like home right away. The air conditioning worked great during the hot afternoons. Having our own parking and the quiet neighborhood made it even better. Definitely one of our favorite stays in Spain so far.

Loved every moment in Moraira
Our group of friends had the best time here. The villa had such a relaxing vibe, modern and bright, and the outdoor area was amazing - the pool, the terrace, even the barbecue spot. We spent most evenings outside with a glass of wine. The kitchen was really well equipped, and the supermarket was only a few minutes away. The agency made booking super easy and even helped us with airport transfers. We’re already planning to come back next summer!

Perfect beach getaway
We stayed here for a week with our kids and absolutely loved it. The location couldn’t be better - just a short walk to the beach and restaurants, so we barely used the car. The villa was spotless and modern, with everything we needed, from a great kitchen to comfy beds. The pool was perfect for cooling off after a beach day, and the garden was ideal for relaxing in the evenings. It felt private and peaceful, even though we were so close to everything.
