The living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen all enjoy impressive sea views, while floor-to-ceiling windows allow sunlight to fill the interior throughout the day.
Outside, a spacious sun terrace wraps around the infinity pool (8 x 4 metres), offering both sunny and shaded seating areas. Guests can unwind on loungers, enjoy the sea breeze or gather for al fresco meals. A large gas barbecue and a square dining table for 10 create the perfect setting for outdoor dining by the pool.
All five bedrooms feature king-size beds, elegant furnishings and sea views, offering a quiet and peaceful atmosphere for restful nights. One bedroom includes both a bath and shower. The villa offers a calm environment with privacy and comfort for every guest.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Spent most nights outside around the barbecue. The terrace is huge and super comfy even in the evenings. The area is calm, close to beaches and restaurants, but still very private. Good WiFi too.

amazing sea views and total peace
Stayed here for a week of remote work and family time. Strong WiFi, quiet neighborhood and a view that made working feel like vacation. Spent mornings by the pool and evenings grilling outside. Beds were comfortable and the rooms stayed cool even during hot days. Would come back in a heartbeat.

Everything we needed and more
We booked last minute and were a bit nervous, but the agency was great. Super fast responses, easy check-in and even helped with car rental and restaurant reservations. Best villa we’ve rented in Costa Blanca
Pictures don’t show how open and bright the house really is. Floor-to-ceiling windows, clean modern design and that infinity pool… just wow. The location is peaceful, but still close to Javea and Moraira. We got lots of tips from the team on where to eat and which beaches to visit. Highly recommend.

Luxury without feeling over the top
We were a group of 8 celebrating a birthday and the villa made it special. Every bedroom had a king bed and sea views, which is rare. Kitchen was fully stocked, pool area had shade and sun, and the outdoor dining table was perfect for long dinners. The agency also arranged a chef for one evening and it was amazing. Felt taken care of from start to finish.

Stunning place with amazing views
We stayed one week with two families and honestly didn’t want to leave. The rooms were spotless, beds super comfy and the terrace is where we spent most of our time. Kids loved the pool, adults loved the peaceful area. Zero noise, just sea and sun.
