The private 9 m x 4 m pool sits on the same terrace level, with space for sunbathing, reading and cooling off during the day. An outdoor dining area with gas BBQ makes alfresco meals simple and enjoyable, and a small pitch-and-putt area offers fun for kids or friendly games.
Indoors, the villa has been fully renovated with a modern style and bright, welcoming spaces. The lounge offers comfortable seating, sea views and a dining area, while the newly fitted kitchen is well equipped for holiday cooking. Wi-Fi and air conditioning are available throughout.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We stayed with grandparents and kids, and everyone had space. The kitchen made cooking easy, and the outdoor BBQ was our favourite part. The walk to El Portet beach is short and pretty. Loved having coffee on the terrace while watching boats in the marina. Really enjoyed the stay, and Moraira itself is charming and not overcrowded.

A peaceful holiday home
We wanted somewhere calm but close to everything and this villa ticked all the boxes. Bedrooms were cool and quiet, the pool was spotless and the sea breeze kept the terrace comfortable even in the afternoon. Communication with the agency was excellent - clear instructions, early check-in arranged, and they helped us book a boat trip in the port. Great service overall.

Fantastic stay with friends
The house felt modern and clean, and everything looked recently renovated. The terrace was huge, with sunbeds, shade and a great dining spot. One day we walked to the beach, another day to the marina for dinner. No need for a car if you don’t want one. We also appreciated the beach towels and fast Wi-Fi. Nice place to enjoy slow mornings and long evenings outside.

Loved our week in Moraira
We were 9 people and the space worked great. Plenty of bathrooms, comfy bedrooms and a brand-new kitchen. The little pitch-and-putt area kept the kids busy while the adults relaxed by the pool. The welcome pack was a nice touch and booking was super easy, quick replies and really friendly service. The view over the harbour is something special ... would come back for that alone.

Stunning view over the bay
We stayed with our family of 6 and loved every minute. Waking up to the sea right in front of us was unreal. Short walk to the beach, quiet street, clean house and a lovely pool area.
