Enjoy panoramic views from the rooftop, the living room with a fully glazed façade, or relax in the billiard area with comfortable seating, TV, and a pantry for drinks and snacks.
The lower floor includes two additional bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms, a guest toilet, and a spacious living room with a large seating area, TV, and a dining table for 12. The adjacent kitchen includes a cooking island, double fridge and freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, and pantry with a washer, tumble dryer, and household essentials.
Outdoor spaces are designed for relaxation and entertainment, featuring a large terrace with sunbeds, a 9 x 4.5 m swimming pool (heatable), large umbrellas for shade, palm trees, and a naya with a table seating up to 14. Additional amenities include an outdoor kitchen with BBQ, outdoor shower and toilet, a golf practice area, petanque court, table tennis, table football, and a children's playhouse with slide and toys.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We booked this stylish property for a group of friends celebrating a milestone birthday, and wow-what a find. The house is so thoughtfully designed, from the big dining areas to all the little private corners to chill. The rooftop views are dreamy. We really appreciated how well-equipped the villa was-plenty of everything, even for a large group. The billiards and foosball were a hit, and the village is close enough for morning coffee runs. Highly recommend for group getaways.

Luxury, comfort, and location-this hideaway has it all
This was hands-down the best villa we’ve ever stayed in. It felt like a private resort with all the amenities-heated pool, golf practice area, pétanque, and even darts and foosball. Everyone had their favorite corner, whether reading on the terrace or playing games late into the evening. The bedrooms were quiet and cool with comfy beds, and the kitchen was a dream for those of us who love to cook. We loved being just a 10-minute walk to the beach and the charming town of Moraira.

The perfect family getaway!
We stayed at this charming accommodation with our extended family (12 people, ages 4 to 64), and it was incredible. The villa is even more beautiful in person. The outdoor space is where we spent most of our time-lounging by the pool, grilling in the outdoor kitchen, and watching the kids play in the mini playground. The villa is spacious, beautifully furnished, and feels like a true home-not just a rental. Being able to walk into Moraira for dinner or gelato made it even more special. We’re already planning to return next summer!
