Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Easy drive to La Zenia and Punta Prima. Plenty of space for everyone and the outdoor areas are great. Perfect for a mixed group of adults and kids.

Comfortable and very convenient
We stayed one week and enjoyed the quiet neighbourhood. Beaches, supermarket and Zenia Boulevard were close, so we didn’t drive much. The villa had a proper kitchen, laundry, good showers and comfy beds. Kids loved the games room and big pool. Everything was exactly as shown in the photos and the price was clear with no hidden fees. Very happy with our stay.

Relaxing week in Torrevieja
The villa is big, clean and very easy to live in. We spent most of the days outside on the terrace, using the BBQ and just relaxing. The hot tub was a bonus at night. Inside, the living room is cosy and the kitchen has everything. Booking was simple and communication with the host was excellent. Good value for such a large place so close to the beaches and shops.

Perfect villa for a large family holiday
We stayed here with grandparents, kids and cousins, and the house worked really well. Bedrooms are comfortable, pool area is sunny all day and the garden felt safe. We walked to restaurants and drove to the beach in a few minutes. The agency answered fast and helped us with early check-in. Everyone had a great time, especially the children who were in the water from morning until evening.

ovely big house for a group
We were 10 adults and everything felt spacious. Pool was clean, garden private, and we had BBQ almost every night. Quiet street but close to shops.
