Booking Terms & Conditions

These Booking Conditions set out the terms of your contract with Spain Online Booking . Please read them carefully before confirming your reservation. Nothing in these conditions affects your statutory consumer rights.

1. Making Your Booking

When you book a property with us, you are entering into a holiday rental agreement as a consumer. To complete your booking, you must return the completed Rental Agreement together with the required payment.

Bookings are accepted strictly for holiday purposes. We cannot accept responsibility or liability for any business-related losses, loss of profit, or commercial use of the property under any circumstances.

Once we have received and accepted both the completed Rental Agreement and payment, we will send you a written booking confirmation. Please check this confirmation carefully and notify us immediately if you notice any errors or missing information.

2. Cancellations and Booking Changes

If you need to cancel or amend your booking, the following cancellation terms apply:

  • Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund.
  • Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund.
  • Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.

3. Your Accommodation

Check-in at the property is available from 14:00 (Spanish local time) on the arrival date. Check-out must be completed by 12:00 (Spanish local time) on the departure date.

If your arrival is delayed, you must contact the person listed on your booking confirmation as soon as possible so that alternative arrangements can be made. Failure to do so may result in you being unable to access the property.

4. Your Responsibilities

By confirming your booking, you agree to the following obligations and ensure that all members of your party comply with them:

  • To take reasonable care of the property, furnishings, kitchen equipment, crockery, glassware, bedding, and towels. You are not required to wash linens or towels before departure.
  • Not to cause damage to the property, including walls, doors, or windows, and not to create any disturbance or nuisance to neighbours.
  • To safeguard your personal belongings at all times. We do not accept liability for loss or damage to personal property unless caused by our negligence.
  • To ensure that every member of your party has adequate travel insurance, including coverage for cancellation, flight disruption, baggage loss, and medical care (including evacuation and repatriation).
  • Not to exceed the maximum number of guests authorised for the property. Changes to the group composition or bringing pets are not permitted unless agreed in advance.

Breach of these conditions may result in refusal of access to the property or termination of your stay. Such situations will be treated as a cancellation initiated by the guest.

You also agree to allow us or our representatives access to the property at reasonable times if essential repairs are required.

5. Complaints and Issues During Your Stay

We aim to ensure that your holiday is enjoyable and problem-free. However, if any issue arises during your stay, it is essential that you contact us immediately so we can take prompt action.

Many issues can only be resolved while you are in residence. Complaints of a temporary nature (such as heating or maintenance issues) cannot be investigated unless reported during your stay.

If a matter cannot be resolved on site, you must submit a written complaint with full details within 28 days of the end of your holiday.
