This floor is perfect for daytime living, poolside meals and easy indoor-outdoor flow.
The second level offers a large living room, a second full kitchen, a hall, a guest toilet and a beautiful dining terrace with panoramic sea views. It is an excellent area for shared dinners and relaxing evenings overlooking the Mediterranean.
The third level includes 4 bedrooms with king beds (2 single beds pushed together in each room), 2 private bathrooms and direct access to terraces. One of the bathrooms features a whirlpool with a sea view. An additional shared bathroom is located on the same floor.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Stayed here in August with the whole family. Large living room, big windows everywhere, so much natural light. The kids jumped between the pool and the terrace all day long. We used the downstairs kitchen for snacks and the upstairs one for proper meals. The beach walk was easy and the water was super clear. Sheets and towels smelled fresh and everything felt taken care of. Also, the neighbourhood is quiet, mostly families, no crazy parties.

Perfect for groups
We came with 5 couples and it worked great. Every room had a king bed, so no one got stuck in a tiny room. Loved having two kitchens, especially at breakfast time when everyone wanted something different. We grilled outside two nights and ate on the terrace because the breeze felt amazing. The pool was clean and well-kept. Plenty of space to park. The house is modern but still cozy. Honestly, great value for the size and location.

Amazing villa with incredible views
We booked this place for a birthday week and it was exactly what we needed. The house is spread on three levels, so everybody had their own space. Kids stayed around the pool all day while adults chilled on the big terrace. Beds were comfy, showers strong, everything spotless. The view from the top floor at sunset was unreal. Beach was close, about 10 min on foot. Booking was super easy and the agent answered every question fast. Would totally stay here again.

Very comfortable stay
Big rooms, clean showers, nice furniture. We cooked a lot and the kitchen had everything. Best part was sitting on the terrace looking at the sea. Would come back.

Great spot in El Campello
Huge terraces, lots of sunlight, two kitchens which made dinners super easy. Pool was clean and warm. Super nice having parking on the property too.

Sea breeze every morning
Loved waking up with that ocean view. Pool area was super chill and we had breakfast outside every day. Plenty of space for our group of 8 and the bedrooms were big and comfy. Quiet at night, which we loved.
