Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Wow!! Everything we had hoped, we all loved it. Wonderful views, the villa was so comfortable and everything had been thought of. Everything was absolutely fantastic!! Very enjoyable and relaxing villa very clean and modern exceeded expectations. Loved the villa, lovely location, brilliant facilities.

Fantastic villa, great location and lovely views
Villa was fantastic,there really is nothing to find fault in, beautiful villa in beautiful surroundings,we made full use of everything the villa had to offer. All of us in the party young and old loved the pool and the beautiful outside space the villa had especially the huge barbie, the only downside is that we had to leave!! We all had a great time and wouldn't hesitate to book again.
