The adjacent terrace offers an outdoor dining table, a large sofa, and stairs leading down to the pool area.
On the first floor, three elegant suites enjoy direct access to an upper balcony and uninterrupted views. The main bedroom features a large double bed, luxurious ensuite, and stylish dressing room. Two additional double bedrooms each include an ensuite bathroom and plenty of natural light.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Our stay at the villa was beyond incredible! The villa offers complete privacy with panoramic views of the hills and the sea. The layout is perfect for a large group or family, with multiple floors offering plenty of space to unwind. The bedrooms are luxurious, and the independent apartment is a great bonus for additional guests. We spent many afternoons by the heated infinity pool, enjoying the scenery. Plus, the villa is so close to the beach and Moraira’s Old Town, so we had the best of both worlds-peace and relaxation at the villa, with the charm of the town just a short drive away. Highly recommend this place!

Amazing villa for a group getaway
We stayed at the rental for a week, and it was the ultimate luxury experience. The location is perfect, offering both seclusion and easy access to local beaches and Moraira’s Old Town. The villa itself is spacious, with six beautiful bedrooms and everything you could want: a heated infinity pool, outdoor jacuzzi, gym, and even a wood oven for cooking dinner al fresco. The attention to detail is exceptional, and the service was top-notch. It was the ideal place for our family vacation and a great base for exploring the area.

Pure luxury with a view
This home exceeded all our expectations. The property is perched on a hillside offering spectacular views of the coastline. The villa is beautifully designed, with modern furnishings and comfortable living spaces. We loved the large open-plan kitchen and dining area that allowed us to all eat together. The outdoor spaces are perfect-whether you’re relaxing by the pool or dining under the pergola, everything is designed for comfort and relaxation. It’s a peaceful retreat, yet so close to Moraira and its charming Old Town. Definitely worth the stay!

We had an incredible time at the stay! The villa itself is gorgeous, with spacious rooms and breathtaking views. The infinity pool and jacuzzi made it so relaxing. The separate apartment was great for our extended family, giving them their own space while still being close. We also enjoyed the nearby beaches and hiking trails. Wonderful retreat!
