Luxury villa with a huge 5,000 m² garden, big pool, and summer kitchen. Ideal for a large family or group of friends, the property offers 400 m² of interior space across two floors, each with its own living area, bedrooms, bathrooms, and fully equipped kitchen. There's also an independent studio above the villa, perfect for a small family seeking privacy, plus an additional independent bungalow.
Inside, the ground floor features an open living/dining area with comfy cream sofas and a glass-top dining table for six. The ground floor also has two spacious bedrooms-one with a double bed, one with two singles-and two bathrooms, plus a large kitchen.
The main floor is light and airy, with a contemporary living room furnished with soft sofas, a flat-screen TV, and Mediterranean touches. The dining area seats four, while the fully equipped kitchen offers plenty of space to cook. Three double bedrooms are located on this floor: two with twin beds and one with a double bed and private bathroom. An additional bathroom with WC and bathtub completes this floor.
The independent studio, accessed via an external staircase, includes a double bedroom, full bathroom with shower, kitchenette, and a bunk bed.
Outside, the 5,000 m² garden provides ample space for kids to play and adults to relax under the shade of palm trees. The secured 12x6 meter pool is perfect for swimming and games, while multiple terraces, sitting areas, a wood-fired pizza oven, and a summer kitchen make outdoor living a delight. Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Just returned from a brilliant holiday at this spacious villa. The size of the property, especially the outdoor kitchen and pool, was amazing, giving us ample space for our family party of 14. The facilities were first class; we had everything we could want, and everything was beautifully clean, which was very much appreciated. The whole family enjoyed the relaxing feeling of the rural surroundings, yet the beach was just 15 minutes away. Perfect! We will be returning!!

Best villa ever!
We've been in Calpe 4th year in a row, every time new villa. It was the most perfect villa for all the time and it's made our holiday best ever. We were there with 4 different age our family members. Everyone has enjoyed being there, and you always have a your own corner, if you needed. Thank you very much for making perfect stay at the villa, starting from inquiry till our day of leave.

Amazing villa
Just arrived back after staying at this spacious villa and I have to say it was fantastic. From the time of booking, I had excellent communication with the property manager. Even though there were a lot of us, we had so much room. The kids loved the pool, and even with all this gorgeous space, we spent most of our time at the outside cooking area. Cannot fault it at all. Went for a lovely meal at a nearby restaurant within walking distance, though a car is needed to explore further. There’s a little shop not far away for essentials and a Lidl a bit further. We visited Calpe a couple of times, which is really lovely, especially the beach. But mostly we just stayed at the villa and chilled by the pool-it was so nice. I would definitely recommend this accommodation and wouldn’t hesitate to return.
