The upper floor features a bright living room, a glazed terrace with panoramic views, a covered terrace for outdoor dining, a fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, two of which are en suite. Most bedrooms and the living area have Smart TVs and individual air-conditioning for year-round comfort.
On the ground floor, guests will find another covered terrace and an open terrace with comfortable seating facing the sea, a second spacious kitchen, a dining room, 3 additional bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one en suite. Up to two extra single beds can be added on request for an additional fee. This level leads to the outdoor swimming pool area, where sun loungers, outdoor dining space, a bathroom and an outdoor shower are located.
The private pool can be heated on request, and a staircase gives direct access to the small rocky bay below. From here, guests can swim, snorkel or launch the two kayaks provided. For outdoor cooking, a gas barbecue is available, and a ping pong table provides extra entertainment.

About the area The accommodation is within walking distance of Cala d'Enmig (300 m), where guests will find a sandy beach and calm swimming areas. Restaurants, bars, a supermarket and the Coveta Fumá Tram stop are a 10-15 minute walk away, providing direct access toward El Campello, Alicante and Benidorm. El Campello's long sandy beaches, shops and promenade can be reached in just 10 minutes.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We were 11 people and still had loads of room. The heated pool was worth it because evenings got a bit cooler. Loved the second terrace downstairs, perfect for reading and coffee. Direct sea access was a dream, we used the kayaks every morning.

Booking was smooth and check-in took just a few minutes. House was very clean, towels and linen fresh. Used the barbecue and outdoor dining a lot. Being able to walk to restaurants in 10 mins was really handy. Would book again for sure.

Perfect for a chilled family week
We were a large group but everyone had space and privacy. Having two kitchens made cooking super easy. Pool area was spotless, loungers comfortable, lots of shade when it got too hot. Kids spent hours snorkeling off the rocks.

Best views we ever had
This house sits right on the water, nothing blocking the view. We had breakfast outside every morning and the sunsets in the evening were amazing. The pool was warm and clean and we loved having direct access to the sea. Would fully recommend.

Waking up to the sea
Stayed here with my parents and kids and everyone loved it. The sound of the waves was the best thing ever. Bedrooms were comfy, clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. We used the kayaks almost every day. Peaceful spot, no traffic noise at all.
