The entrance is via remotely operated electric gates leading to a shaded driveway with space for three or more vehicles. Inside, a welcoming hallway with glass-railed stairs leads to the upper floors. The open-plan living area opens through full sliding doors onto the terrace and pool area. The lounge includes an LED TV with UK Freesat channels, DVD player, and a pellet-burning fireplace for cooler evenings. Adjacent is a dining area with an ornate table, complemented by a fully equipped modern kitchen featuring integrated appliances including a dishwasher and microwave.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Had a fantastic holiday at this amazing villa! Spotless and spacious. Very relaxing holiday, nothing too much for the agent who was contactable throughout our stay, very highly recommended and we would definitely go back. This place was amazing. Would recommend. 8 people had a wonderful time with something for everyone. The accomodation is stunning and the welcome was exceptional even though we arrived after midnight. We would recommend it to anyone.

Premium property with excellent view
We travelled with a large extended family with 8 adults and 1 children. The villa was excellent, well kept and spacious, modern and heated pool was the top point. The staff were very nice, efficient and helpful.
