A Spanish-style conservatory opens onto the patio and pool area. The lower level houses a separate apartment with a twin and double bedroom, lounge/dining room, kitchen, bathroom, and small terrace, offering privacy for multiple families or groups.
The patio features a large gazebo with pool and table tennis tables, and a fully equipped barbecue house with dining area, sink, worktops, cooker, and stereo system. Tropical gardens surround the property, creating a serene and private atmosphere.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Very nice place! Big, clean house and quiet area. Nearest market under 10min walk. Great property better than expected, photos didn't do the house justice. Child's pool a god send ideal in every way. Would be going again in Sept but its booked up, only to be expected with a property of this standard.

Wonderful stay
We have just returned from this fabulous villa. We travelled as a family from 21 years old to 83 and it met all our expectations. We had fab weather so with all the outside amenities spent most of the week outside. The outside kitchen and seating was a real bonus for us as we like to all eat together. I would highly recommend this villa can’t compliment it enough.

amazing place
from start to finish the host is always on hand to help with anything, this is our 3rd time at this villa and instead of it looking more tired, each time we go it looks better. they have added a childs part to the swimming pool which was a godsend for our 2 grandsons which are 3 years and 1 years they loved playing in their own pool and it wasn't too deep so they could play quite happily with supervision. the weather was very hot but loads of shade if you need it. the outside bbq area is amazing with a large fridge outside so you don't have to go inside the villa wet you can keep your drinks etc in there and the bbq is brilliant cooks food brilliant, I could go on but it would take all day love this place will def be back in the future.
