With accommodation for up to 17 guests across 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, the layout is ideal for groups who want space to relax and enjoy time together.
Outside, the villa features a private heated swimming pool with a special cover that allows the pool to reach 28ºC in winter. The terrace is fully integrated with the house and offers plenty of places to sit, dine and unwind. There are ergonomic loungers, shaded dining tables, chill-out corners and a stone barbecue. A games area is located on the main terrace, including an American 7ft pool table, table football, ping-pong table and professional darts. Two large beer coolers are positioned next to the outdoor dining area for convenience.
Inside, the living room includes a large sofa-bed with comfortable sleeping quality, smart TV, international channels and fast 300 MB fibre internet. The kitchen is fully equipped for group cooking. Seating areas indoors and outdoors allow everyone to eat and relax together. Central heating and 7 air-conditioning units provide comfort all year round.
The villa is prepared for up to 16 guests plus babies and toddlers. Travel cots, high chairs, potties, baby bath, bed bumpers, children's plates and safety items are available on request. All bedrooms have air conditioning and most beds can be separated as single beds or joined as king-size depending on preference. The private driveway fits two cars behind a secure gate, with a 7.2 kW electric vehicle charging station available.

The location is one of the best in Albir: just 300m from restaurants, supermarkets and shops, and a 3-minute walk to the entrance of the Sierra Gelada Natural Park, popular for jogging, hiking and picnics. The beach and village are close enough to walk everywhere without a car. In the evening, you can hear the sea when everything becomes quiet.
The property is also well positioned for day trips. Benidorm and its nightlife are 7 km away, and several water parks, theme parks and zoos can be reached within minutes. Three golf courses and a golf driving range are nearby. The villa is popular with cyclists due to the combination of flat coast roads and nearby mountain climbs.
About the area Located in L'Alfas del Pi, this villa is near theme parks and close to the beach. The natural beauty of Albir Beach and Llevant Beach can be enjoyed by anyone, while Aqualandia, Terra Natura and Terra Mítica are popular with families. Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Travelling with small children can be stressful, but this house made it easy. Plenty of space for prams, cots already set up, and the garden was safe to play in. Pool was heated, so the water felt good even when evenings were cooler. We did day trips to Benidorm and a water park, then came back to a quiet neighbourhood. Great mix of fun and relaxation.

Super location and easy holiday
We didn’t really need a car, everything was close. Beach, supermarket, cafés, all a short walk. The outdoor games kept us busy and there was tons of seating, so nobody felt crowded. Internet was fast enough for work and streaming. Used the barbecue almost every night. Friendly area, very relaxed atmosphere. Perfect for a group like ours.

Great for mixed ages
We came as a big family with grandparents, teenagers and toddlers. Everyone had their own space thanks to so many bedrooms and bathrooms. The heated pool was a big hit, we used it every day. You can walk to shops and the beach, which made life so easy. Evenings on the terrace were amazing, very quiet and peaceful. The house felt safe and private with the high walls.

Fun house with games
The terrace was our favourite place. Pool table, ping-pong, darts… never got boring. Lots of places to sit outside and the barbecue worked great. Very close to restaurants too.

Great spot for a big group
