The pool is available year-round (01 January - 31 December), making it ideal for both summer and mild winter stays.
Indoors, guests enjoy a bright 6-room layout with 260 m2 of living space. The open living and dining area includes a panoramic window, air conditioning, forced-air heating, digital TV and direct access to the terrace and pool. A fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, dishwasher, induction plates, microwave, toaster, kettle and electric coffee machine. A washing machine, baby cot (for children up to 2 years), high chair and iron are also available.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Big windows, bright rooms, great terrace. Pool is fenced so we felt safe with kids running around. Short drive to Moraira for dinner. Parking inside the property was a plus.

Great value and great location
Honestly, for the price, this villa delivered more than expected. Everything was modern and well kept. Parking was inside the gate, WiFi was strong enough for streaming and remote work. The kids loved the pool stairs and spent hours jumping in. We walked to a couple of restaurants nearby and the food was good. The area is calm, mostly families, which we liked. Really easy check-in, no stress at all. Would definitely recommend.

Just what we needed
We stayed one week and hardly left the house. Sun all day, shaded spots when it got too hot, and the barbecue made dinners easy. The rooms were bright, AC in every bedroom, and the beds were surprisingly comfortable. Loved that the pool was open all year and not just summer. Moraira beach was only a short drive and Cala del Moraig was beautiful. Towels and sheets were clean and smelled fresh. Felt very safe and private here.

Amazing villa for a relaxing holiday
We were two families, 4 adults and 4 kids, and there was plenty of space for everyone. The living room opens straight to the terrace, so we spent mornings drinking coffee staring at the sea. The kitchen had everything - proper oven, big fridge, toaster, even a good coffee machine. Pool was clean, sun loungers comfy, and the neighbourhood was super quiet at night. Booking was easy and the hosts replied fast when we asked for restaurant tips. The kids actually cried when we left.

Nice and peaceful
If you want calm and sunshine, this villa works. Everything felt new and the kitchen had everything for cooking. Beaches are close, but honestly we spent most days at the pool.

Great family stay
We stayed here with our kids and it was super relaxing. The pool was clean and warm enough to swim every day. Loved having breakfast on the terrace with sea views. Quiet neighbourhood, no noise at night.
