Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Booked for a birthday weekend with friends and it was a good choice. Plenty of beds, plenty of space, and the beach so close was the best part. The garden has sunny and shady areas all day. Pool was clean and the barbecue worked great. Supermarkets are close enough, and parking for all cars was a bonus.

great spot near the beach
We arrived late and the check-in was simple. The house felt bigger than the photos, and the big dining table inside was perfect for long breakfasts. Loved sitting outside at night with music and a glass of wine. Walked to Chiringüito De Pepe a couple of times, nice vibe. The kids used the pool from morning till night, and having three bathrooms saved us.

brilliant for families with kids
Spent 9 days here and honestly loved not having to drive everywhere. Beach was so close, the pool warm, and a safe garden where kids ran around all day. We used the barbecue a lot, and the outdoor shower was really handy after the beach. Hosts were responsive and gave restaurant tips and supermarket info. Everyone had enough space and good rest.

perfect for a big group
We were 12 and still had loads of space. Pool was clean, terraces were great in the evenings and we did barbecues almost every night. Short walk to the sand, no need for the car. Good Wi-Fi too, I worked a bit with no issues.

great family house by the sea
We came with the kids and grandparents and the house worked really well for everyone. The pool, the grass area and the beach so close made the week easy. Bedrooms are big and the kitchen had everything. Calm area, slept great every night.
