Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Nice private pool and lots of space outside. Quiet residential area so we slept well every night. Short drive to Guardamar for beach days. Simple, comfortable and relaxing.

Stress-free booking and friendly staff
We booked through the agency and everything went easy. Good communication, quick replies and check-in was simple. They gave us tips for restaurants and a nice walking route in La Mata Park. The villa itself had loads of space and having so many bathrooms was a big plus. We used the barbecue twice and had breakfast outside every morning. Would book again.

Homey and relaxing
We spent a week here with our two boys and enjoyed every minute. The garden was great for football and the pool was clean and warm. The kitchen had everything for cooking at home, and evenings by the fireplace were super cozy. Beaches were less than 15 minutes away and easy to park. House felt safe, quiet and comfortable. A very easy holiday.

Loved the peaceful area
