Sea access is just steps away, making it perfect for swimming, snorkeling and enjoying the coastline.
Inside, the ground floor features the main entrance, a spacious living and dining room, an American-style kitchen, a guest toilet and one bedroom with bathroom en suite. From this level, large glass doors lead to a covered terrace connected directly to the pool and outdoor kitchen.
On the first floor, there are 3 large bedrooms, each with its own en suite bathroom, offering privacy and comfort. The second floor includes a relaxing sitting area and a large terrace with outstanding sea views - an ideal spot for sunsets or a quiet morning coffee.
The semi-basement level includes 4 additional bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, making it ideal for multi-generational families or large travel groups. This level also has direct access to the large garage, where guests will find a ping pong table for entertainment.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Booked the villa because of the private access to the Mediterranean and it didn’t disappoint. You can walk down and get into the water in minutes. The outdoor kitchen was a dream, we grilled fish and steaks almost every night. Inside, the living room opened straight to the terrace which was great for the kids going in and out. Air conditioning worked well and parking was easy with space for our two cars. We would happily return next summer.

Smooth check-in and friendly team
The agency was super helpful from the start. Booking was quick, and they answered every question. When we arrived, everything was ready including towels and the house spotless. We used the jacuzzi every night after dinner, total bliss. The pool terrace is massive so we never felt crowded. We drove to Alicante for shopping and tapas, only 15-20 minutes away. Would definitely book with the same guys again.

Amazing villa for groups
We were a mixed group of adults and two teens, and the house was perfect. Enough rooms for everyone to have privacy. The outdoor kitchen made it easy to eat outside every night, and the heated pool helped because the evenings were a bit cool. Loved that you could walk straight to the sea, we swam almost every morning. Inside was clean and modern, with strong Wi-Fi. The whole stay felt really easy and comfortable.

Best sea views ever
Woke up every morning to the sound of the waves, honestly the best part of the trip. The pool was warm, kids lived in it. Big outdoor kitchen made dinners easy. Very quiet area, perfect for a break.
