Fully renovated in 2018, the accommodation combines modern comfort with bright Mediterranean style, offering 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and space for up to 18 guests, including 12 adults and 6 children. The holiday home is ideal for families and quiet vacations. Events and adult-only groups are not accepted.
Inside, guests can enjoy a cosy living room with fireplace, smart TV and direct access to the outdoor areas. The kitchen is well-equipped for gourmet cooking, making mealtimes easy whether dining inside or outdoors. Heating in the floors and warm air from the air-conditioning keep the house comfortable during winter stays, and the pool can be heated if necessary.
Several large terraces provide plenty of outdoor space for everyone. There is a roof terrace with comfortable furniture and spectacular views, a fresh saltwater pool (11 x 5 m) with sunbeds for all guests, and an on-site sports and play area with a sports bar. The layout allows families to spread out and enjoy their own space while still staying together.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
The house looks even better in person. Lots of terraces, comfortable furniture and a big kitchen where we cooked most meals. We spent long evenings outside enjoying the fresh air. The heated pool was ideal because we visited in spring. The owner gave us great tips for restaurants and supermarkets. Everything was spotless and modern, and the bedrooms were quiet and private.

Great for families with children
We travelled as three families and this villa worked perfectly. Plenty of bedrooms, safe outdoor areas and a really nice heated saltwater pool. The sports bar and play zone kept the kids busy while the adults relaxed. We drove to Altea centre for dinners and the beaches, only a few minutes away. Booking was simple and the agency answered every question fast. Very happy with the stay.

Amazing place for a family break
We stayed with kids and grandparents and everyone loved it. Rooms were comfy, pool was warm and the terraces were perfect for late dinners. Super peaceful area.
