Patio doors open onto terraces with pool and garden views. - Upper Floor Bedroom 1: Super king-size bed, en-suite bathroom, Juliet balcony, and a 6m x 3m private sun terrace. - Upper Floor Bedroom 2: En-suite bathroom, two large sun terraces facing south and southwest, offering maximum sunlight throughout the year. - Guest WC on the ground floor for convenience.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Stunning villa - very spacious, comfortable and clean. The gardens and pool area are beautiful - very private and quiet. It is situated towards the end of the local road so the sitting areas are not overlooked and there are lovely views from the balcony and gardens. The villa and outdoor space are well equipped. The owners take care of the property - cleaning and the pool - and are discreet but friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!!

Wow!!! Great villa
Absolutely gorgeous villa, had everything we needed! Very clean and spacious. The beds were very comfy. The pool was great, very nice and relaxing. Alba was absolutely wonderful regarding booking process...fast and easy. Would definitely recommend to all groups of all ages. 10/10!

Perfect accommodation!!
I stayed here for my father's 60th birthday along with five others. I couldn't fault this villa. A stunning place, the rooms were amazing, so peaceful. A dream property. I'd definitely recommend this to a family for a holiday.

We were a party of 7 of all ages from 16 to 40 and had a fantastic time. The villa is palatial and could not be faulted. I would strongly recommend this villa for a large party we had a fabulous time and would definitely return.
