Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.

Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
My wife and I spent a week at this elegant home and found the property suited our needs perfectly, although we only used the main house and not the second apartment. Everything we needed was provided in the accommodation, and it was clean and, importantly, quiet. It is well situated, just a short walk from Moraira town centre and the beaches, although the return walk is a little uphill. The staff at La Caza were very helpful, and arriving and leaving were both straightforward; we were met at the property at the agreed times on both occasions. We would definitely recommend this property and La Caza. My only other comment is that the A/C unit in the lounge wasn't working during our stay, but it didn’t cause any problems, so the property marks are adjusted accordingly.
