Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We came as a couple and a friend and shared the villa comfortably. The sofa bed in the second room was surprisingly good quality. Loved the modern look inside and the outdoor dining area. Everything felt new and well kept. The gym equipment was a nice surprise and the printer/scanner made remote work easy. The booking process was simple and communication was friendly, so overall a really good experience.

Lovely week in a quiet area
We wanted somewhere peaceful but close to beaches, and this place was exactly that. Private pool, garden, smart TV for nights in, and restaurants within walking distance. We tried Steakhouse Moraira and it was excellent. The villa had thoughtful touches like toiletries, a coffee machine and beach towels. Having pets accepted on request was a big plus for us. Felt like home, not a rental.

Nice villa for working & chilling
House was neat, pool was spotless and parking was easy. Shops and restaurants close enough to walk. Simple and comfortable stay. Fast wifi, plenty of space, and the office with sea view was a real bonus. Enjoyed breakfasts on the terrace. Would return.

Ideal for families and longer stays
We stayed 10 nights with our kids and parents. The villa had plenty of space, 3 bathrooms and a well-equipped kitchen. The garden was peaceful with lots of shade in the afternoons. We used the BBQ almost daily. Having a washing machine was very useful with children. Check-in was smooth and the agency answered quickly when we asked about extra towels. Calm neighborhood, great for sleeping.

Perfect mix of holiday and home office
I booked this villa because of the dedicated workspace and it didn’t disappoint. Big monitor, comfy chair and very fast internet, so working a few hours a day was easy. After that, we relaxed by the pool or walked to Cala del Moraig for a swim. Kitchen had everything, beds were comfortable and the villa was clean. The agency helped us with an airport transfer too, which made arrival stress-free.

Great place to switch off
We had a calm week here. Lovely outdoor area, clean rooms and the pool was warm enough for a morning swim. Super close to Cala del Moraig too.
