The main entrance opens into a spacious ground floor hallway leading to a bright, open-plan living area with high beamed ceilings, an ornamental fireplace, two sofas, a flat-screen TV, and a solid wood dining table with chairs. The wooden kitchen is fully equipped with ample worktop space and modern appliances. Three sets of patio doors lead from this area to terraces with seating and pool views.
Internal stairs lead down to the pool level, where all three bedrooms are located. Two double bedrooms feature en suite shower rooms and patio doors opening onto terraces, one with a dressing room. The twin bedroom has a curved window and patio doors with direct access to the pool. A separate bathroom is also on this level, with a WC located upstairs.
The villa enjoys south-westerly views, capturing the afternoon sun and spectacular sunsets over the surrounding hills. Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
I was very wary of booking a private villa for the 1st time due to all the scams right up until we were inside the villa. The villa is at walking distance to shops, bars, supermarket. Very well equipped. I will definitely book again as i don't think anyone could beat the 1st class service we got all through our holiday.

Amazing
This is the villa to book. Stayed for a week and its the first time i've ever thought I wished I had booked for 2weeks. The pool area was amazing, The rooms were all large and airy. Everything was within walking distance. Ps the wee childrens house at the back has lots of pool toys in it for use. Looking to book again for next year. Well worth the money.
