The villa is accessed via a gated driveway with parking for up to four hire cars, plus a separate pedestrian gate. The main entrance opens into a spacious ground floor hallway leading to a bright, open-plan living area with high beamed ceilings, an ornamental fireplace, two sofas, a flat-screen TV, and a solid wood dining table with chairs. The wooden kitchen is fully equipped with ample worktop space and modern appliances. Three sets of patio doors lead from this area to terraces with seating and pool views.

Booking Terms & Conditions

Payment Policy
Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.

Cancellation Terms
Refunds are applied according to the notice period:
1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund.
2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund.
3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.

Check-In & Check-Out
Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
