The pool is available year-round and features an internal staircase for easy access. Guests can enjoy a barbecue area, outdoor shower, large terrace and well-kept surroundings. A tennis court and private parking for up to six cars are also available.
Inside, the villa spans 350 m² with bright rooms, underfloor heating and modern furnishings. The main living and dining area includes satellite TV, air conditioning, forced-air heating and direct access to the patio and pool. The open kitchen features a cooking island and full equipment, including oven, dishwasher, induction plates, microwave, freezer, toaster and electric coffee machine.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We travel often and this villa stood out because of the outdoor space. Saltwater pool felt amazing, sunbeds were comfortable, and the big pergola was perfect for shade. Inside, the décor was modern and fresh, AC worked perfectly in all rooms. The separate bathrooms were a huge advantage with a big group. We also appreciated small things like having a dryer, good coffee machine and private parking for several cars. Easy drive to beaches and restaurants. Everyone in our group was happy.

Perfect spot to unwind
My partner and I came with friends and this place delivered exactly what we wanted. Beautiful mountain views, peaceful mornings, and long afternoons in the pool. We cooked most nights and the kitchen was better equipped than our own at home. The big terrace upstairs was great for drinks and watching the sunset. We tried the tennis court too, even if we were terrible. Really enjoyed the privacy - no traffic noise at all. Just a very calm and pretty home in Javea.

Great family getaway
Spent 10 days here and wish we booked longer. The house was spotless and the living room opened right onto the terrace which made it easy to watch the kids in the pool. Underfloor heating was great for cool evenings. Each bedroom had its own bathroom which made the stay super comfortable. The area is quiet but only minutes from shops and beaches. The booking process was simple and the agency answered questions quickly and kindly. Would definitely rent this villa again.

Ideal setup for a summer holiday
We came as a group of 7 and this villa ticked every box. The saltwater pool was warm and much nicer than a regular pool. Mornings were spent swimming, evenings by the BBQ. Inside was modern, beds comfy, and the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking at home. We loved the tennis court, even though we played more for fun than skill. Short drive to Arenal beach for restaurants and sunset walks. Everyone had space to relax and we all felt totally rested when we left.

Lovely stay
House was modern, kitchen had everything, and the garden was beautiful. Kids used the tennis court every day while we relaxed by the pool. Short drive to Arenal beach. Very good value for money.

Great villa for a chilled break
Stayed a week with the family and honestly it was perfect. Pool was warm, clean and huge. Loved the quiet area and the views from the terrace. Really comfy beds and spotless inside. Would happily return.
