With 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and space for up to 8 guests, the villa combines comfort, privacy and beautiful outdoor living areas.

A private heated saltwater swimming pool (10 x 9 m, depth 40 - 190 cm) forms the centrepiece of the garden, surrounded by a pergola, sun loungers and outdoor furniture. The pool is available year-round and features an internal staircase for easy access. Guests can enjoy a barbecue area, outdoor shower, large terrace and well-kept surroundings. A tennis court and private parking for up to six cars are also available.

Inside, the villa spans 350 m² with bright rooms, underfloor heating and modern furnishings. The main living and dining area includes satellite TV, air conditioning, forced-air heating and direct access to the patio and pool. The open kitchen features a cooking island and full equipment, including oven, dishwasher, induction plates, microwave, freezer, toaster and electric coffee machine.

Booking Terms & Conditions

Payment Policy
Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.

Cancellation Terms
Refunds are applied according to the notice period:
1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund.
2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund.
3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.

Check-In & Check-Out
Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
