Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We came with grandparents and kids and everyone had their own space. The outdoor dining area was used every day, and the garden felt safe and private. Inside, everything was modern and very clean. Beaches and supermarkets were easy to reach by car. We appreciated how quickly the agent replied whenever we had a question. Definitely recommend.

Relaxing holiday in Busot
The villa is big and bright, with two nice living rooms so everyone could spread out. We spent afternoons swimming and evenings grilling outside. It’s a quiet location but only a short drive to shops and the sea. The upstairs terrace has great views and the beds were really comfortable. Booking was easy and communication was fast. Felt like home after the first day.

Ideal base near Alicante
We were 9 people and the villa handled us perfectly. Kitchen was big and well equipped, bedrooms were comfortable and the outdoor area felt very private. The cinema room downstairs was awesome, especially for the kids. Pool was warm and clean and there were lots of sunbeds. The agency helped us with check-in and gave great tips about beaches and restaurants. Everything was smooth from start to finish.

Plenty of space for everyone and no noise around. We had BBQ nights and relaxed by the pool every day. Easy drive to Campello Beach.
