Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We enjoyed how much room there was for everyone. Big terrace, lots of outdoor seating and a nice breeze all day. Super calm neighbourhood, perfect for a chill holiday.

Perfect for families
Kids loved the pool and movie nights on the projector. The adults loved the outdoor bar and cooking outside. Good Wi-Fi and comfortable beds too.

Felt like a private retreat
Such a relaxing place. Waking up with mountain views and having breakfast outside was the best part of the day. Plenty of shade during the afternoon, comfy sofas, great pool and lots of privacy. The projection room was a fun surprise and the kitchen was fully equipped for cooking at home. We’d definitely return, especially for a longer stay.

Great villa for a group of friends
We stayed a week, used the outdoor bar almost every night and grilled on the terrace. Bedrooms are spacious and quiet, and having so many bathrooms made mornings easy. The area is peaceful, surrounded by nature, and still close to supermarkets and beaches. We appreciated how clean everything was. A really good choice for groups who like to chill, cook and enjoy the weather.

Big outdoor spaces and relaxing atmosphere
We spent most of our time outside because the terraces were perfect for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The pool was super clean and the loungers comfortable. Inside, the kitchen had everything we needed and the projection area was fun for movie nights. It’s close to the golf course and a short drive to Arenal Beach. Calm, sunny and very comfortable.

Had a wonderful stay with two families
We were 11 people, including kids, and never felt crowded. The house has big bedrooms with privacy, many bathrooms, two BBQ areas and lots of places to sit. The saltwater pool was warm and the garden is beautiful. Booking was easy and communication with the agency was fast and friendly. They gave us good restaurant tips too. Great holiday overall.

Lovely garden and views
The garden feels like a private resort. The evenings outside were amazing and the BBQ area was our main hangout. Bedrooms were comfy and the house was very clean.

Great spot near the golf course
Stayed here with friends and loved how quiet the area was. Pool was clean, comfy sunbeds, plenty of shade and space. Easy place to relax and disconnect for a few days. Would book again.
