Comfort features include Wi-Fi with a workspace suitable for home office, heating and air conditioning in all bedrooms and both living rooms, fans throughout the house, three TVs (including Astra satellite), and a washing machine. A baby cot and high chair are available on request, and towels/linen changes can be arranged for an additional fee. Table tennis, a private gym and fitness equipment are also available.
The private outdoor space is ideal for family holidays, offering a fenced swimming pool, jacuzzi, barbecue, garden, sun terraces and a balcony with sea views. There is also an outdoor shower for convenience after the beach or pool.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We chose this villa for the location and it didn’t disappoint. You can hear the waves from the terrace, which was amazing at night. Plenty of space, comfy beds, private parking, and the fenced pool made us feel relaxed with small kids. We also appreciated the washing machine and full kitchen since we cooked most meals. Weather was sunny all week, so we were outside from morning to evening. Really memorable holiday.

Ideal place for a chilled beach holiday
Spent a full week here with friends. Mornings were for swimming, afternoons for table tennis and grilling in the garden. There’s so much outdoor space that we barely stayed inside. Bedrooms had AC, which made sleeping easy even when it got warm. The beach is pretty much on your doorstep, and Calpe is a quick drive for shopping. House felt homely, not like a cold rental. Would totally recommend.

Great stay and easy booking
The booking process was fast, the agency answered all questions and even arranged a baby cot for us. The house was spotless at check-in and the gym downstairs was a nice surprise. We used the jacuzzi almost every night. Wi-Fi worked fine for remote work, which was important for us. There are restaurants just a short walk away, and the sea right in front. Overall, a smooth, comfortable experience.

So much space and amazing views
We came as two families, total of nine people, and the villa never felt crowded. Two living rooms helped a lot when the kids wanted TV and adults wanted quiet. Loved the terrace and the fenced pool, so we felt safe with younger ones around. Easy access to the beach through a small path and beautiful sunsets from the balcony. The kitchen had everything, even a proper oven and big fridge. Really peaceful area but close enough to shops. Already thinking about coming again.

Perfect spot for families
Stayed with our kids and it was super easy. Fenced pool, playroom, and the beach right outside. Loved having coffee on the terrace with sea views every morning. Very comfortable house.
