A second kitchen is located by the pool, providing easy access for outdoor meals and refreshments throughout the day. Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We came for a family celebration and honestly, it felt like a small boutique hotel but just for us. Every bedroom had its own bathroom, which was a lifesaver with teenagers and grandparents together. The elevator was perfect for our parents, and the bedrooms on the pool level had amazing views. Spent most days swimming, cooking outside and just chilling. The villa is huge, spotless and modern. If you want peace, space and the sea literally at your feet, book it.

family holiday we’ll remember
Our first time in El Campello and this villa made the whole trip perfect. We usually struggle to find a place big enough for all of us without feeling crowded, but here everyone had their own space. The pool was spotless and warm, and the fact that we could walk straight down to the sea was unreal. We booked through the agency and the communication was fast and friendly from day one. They even gave us tips for restaurants and boat trips. Couldn’t ask for more.

quiet luxury on the coast
We were a group of 12 and still had tons of privacy because every bedroom had its own bathroom. The elevator helped a lot with suitcase runs. We cooked most nights and the big kitchen made it super easy. The agent helped with a chef for one night too, food was amazing.

Best location we ever booked
Spent a week here for my birthday and couldn’t have picked better. Direct access to the sea was the coolest part… kids were jumping in all day. The pool area had so much space and the kitchen by the pool saved us so many trips inside. We also got a little welcome pack which was really thoughtful.

incredible place to wake up
We stayed with two other families and honestly the view didn’t look real. Every morning the sea was right there, no noise, just waves. The house was spotless, beds were super comfy and the pool was warm even early in the morning. Would love to come back next year.
