Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Our group of ten adults had plenty of space, no one felt crowded. The living room opened right out to the garden, so we spent most of the time outdoors. Long walks on the beach every morning, then lazy afternoons by the pool. You fall asleep to the sound of the sea, which was amazing. The area felt safe and quiet at night, but still close to Alicante city for dinners and shopping. Totally recommend for big groups.

Amazing stay and smooth booking
Stayed here to celebrate my father’s birthday and the whole week felt like a dream. The villa was clean, big and private, and the direct beach access was something special. Booking was simple, the agency answered fast and even shared tips for local places to eat. We grilled most evenings outside and spent hours in the pool. Bedrooms were comfortable and we had everything for cooking. Everyone left happy.

Big house, big garden, total chill
We came as two families with kids and it worked perfectly. Plenty of rooms, each kid had a bed, and the garden is huge so they could run around safely. Loved having breakfast outside watching the sea. Kitchen had two fridges which was super helpful for a large group. We also took the tram to Alicante a couple of times, really easy and quick. Weather was warm and sunny the whole week. We’d come back without thinking twice.

Best spot near Alicante
The villa is super close to restaurants and the tram, so we didn’t need a car. Woke up every morning to the sound of waves. Beds comfy, kitchen huge. Just a really easy holiday.

Great for a relaxing break

Loved the sea right outside
We stayed a week with the kids and honestly the highlight was walking straight from the garden to the beach. The pool was spotless and the weather perfect. Quiet area, slept great every night. Totally worth it.
