This modern holiday home is located in the peaceful Cansalades Park Monte Olimpo area of Javea, offering comfort, space and beautiful outdoor living areas. With 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and sleeping capacity for up to 8 guests, the accommodation is ideal for families or friends who want privacy and a relaxed Mediterranean atmosphere.

The fenced property features a large, landscaped garden with a lawn, wildlife garden and panoramic views. A private angular swimming pool (10 x 4 m, depth 40 - 180 cm) includes an internal staircase for safe and easy access. The pool is available year-round (01 January - 31 December). Guests can unwind on the terrace, enjoy outdoor dining under the pergola or use the barbecue area. A hot tub and outdoor shower add an extra touch of comfort.

Indoors, the villa spans 300 m2 across three levels with bright rooms, floor heating and modern furnishings. The open-plan living and dining room includes satellite TV, digital TV, air conditioning and forced-air heating, opening directly onto the patio and pool area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a cooking island, oven, dishwasher, five induction plates, microwave, freezer, toaster and electric coffee machine.

Booking Terms & Conditions

Payment Policy
Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.

Cancellation Terms
Refunds are applied according to the notice period:
1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund.
2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund.
3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.

Check-In & Check-Out
Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
