Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We stayed here for a week with our two teenagers, and it was the perfect spot. They loved the water park, which was just a short walk away, and we all enjoyed relaxing by the pool in the afternoons. The villa itself was spacious, with a well-equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. The agency was very helpful, checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. The beach was gorgeous, and Ciutadella was just a short drive away for some sightseeing. A great stay all around!

Perfect for a relaxing getaway
This cozy place was exactly what we were looking for-quiet, comfortable, and close to everything. The pool was well-maintained, and there was plenty of space to sit outside and enjoy the sun. We didn’t hire a car because everything was within walking distance, which was super convenient. The home had a lovely charm, and we appreciated the welcome pack and local tips from this travel agency. We had a wonderful holiday and hope to return next year!

Lovely villa with a private pool
We really enjoyed our stay at this villa. It was clean, well-maintained, and had a nice traditional Menorcan feel. The bedrooms were comfortable, and we especially loved having a balcony off the master bedroom. The pool was a great size, and there was enough space outside for all of us to relax. The location was excellent-we walked to the beach, restaurants, and even took a short drive to Ciutadella for a day trip. Highly recommended!

Great family villa in a perfect location
We had a fantastic stay at this holiday home! The accommodation is spacious and has everything you need for a comfortable holiday. The kids loved the pool, and we were so close to Calan Blanes Beach and the Aqua Centre that we never ran out of things to do. The outdoor space was great for relaxing, and we made good use of the BBQ. The booking process was smooth, and this travel agency was really helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful villa, well appointed, great location
This elegant home is set in a beautiful, quiet location, with excellent views. The accommodation is spotlessly clean and well appointed, and Alba is a very attentive and helpful host. His knowledge of local facilities, tavernas and beaches saved us a great deal of time and meant we enjoyed excellent food and experiences of the area.

Family fun
