This contemporary 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom villa accommodates up to 8 guests and features a large heated pool, a spacious sun terrace, and a fully equipped kitchen. Just a 10-minute walk from Cala Picas Beach, Cales Piques, and the centre of Calan Forcat with its shops, bars, and restaurants, it's perfect for families and groups who prefer to explore on foot. Relax in the walled garden, enjoy alfresco dining by the BBQ, or unwind on the balcony with distant sea views. WiFi and air conditioning/heating in all bedrooms and the lounge are included.
The main focus outside is the large private swimming pool with an inset walled shallow area and Roman steps for easy access. A hardwood deck surrounds the pool with ample space for sun loungers. The brick BBQ and outdoor dining table offer the perfect spot for alfresco meals.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
This was one of the best holiday villas we've stayed in. Everything was well thought out, from the fully equipped kitchen to the spacious bedrooms. The heated pool was a real bonus, and the garden was beautiful. The concierge service was very helpful, making our trip even more enjoyable. Would highly recommend this villa to families or groups!

Spacious, stylish, and well-located
This villa was exactly what we were looking for-modern, clean, and in a great location. The living space was bright and airy, and the pool was well-maintained. We spent most of our evenings on the terrace enjoying the peaceful surroundings. Having the option to walk to shops and restaurants was a huge plus. Highly recommend!

Great location and lovely pool
We really enjoyed our stay at this charming accommodation. The home was clean, well-equipped, and had plenty of space for our group. The pool area was fantastic, and the nearby Cala Picas Beach was stunning. The area was quiet but still close to everything we needed. A wonderful spot for a relaxing holiday!

Perfect villa for a family getaway
We had an amazing time at this stylish property! The heated pool was a big hit with the kids, and we loved how spacious and comfortable the home was. The walled garden gave us privacy, and the outdoor dining area was perfect for BBQ nights. Having the beach and restaurants within walking distance made everything so easy. Stylish and Convenient
Our stay at this stylish property was a delightful experience. The contemporary furnishings and large private pool, surrounded by a walled garden, were truly stylish. We didn't need a car - just a 10-minute walk to Cala Picas Beach and the center of Calan Forcat. The beamed ceilings in the living area added character, and the well-equipped kitchen had everything we needed. The bedrooms were comfortable and bright. A memorable vacation!

Super villa!!!!!
We stayed at this fantastic house for 1 week, 8 people. We had a wonderful holiday!! A big kitchen with everything you need. Great bedrooms and bathrooms! Several evenings we stayed at the house because it was lovely to sit outside with food and dranks.... It really is a nice place to be, the swimmingpool was super, the view amazing!! We only missed the cleaning during this week, but that was no big deal. The beach at Cala En Blanes was great and we eat sometimes somewhere else. We would reccommend this villa and want to come back!!!

Lovely location, good facilities, helpful agent
What more can I say? The agent were very helpful, spoke excellent English and sorted a hire car for us. The property was extremely clean, comfortable and well equipped. The location was devine. Infinity pool overlooking the sea, made the holiday an absolute winner.
