This spacious 4-bedroom villa accommodates up to 8 guests, with air conditioning in all bedrooms and WiFi throughout. Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We had the pleasure of staying at this elegant home. Alba was extremely helpful throughout the process, from booking and catering to our group’s needs, and was on hand during our stay. The accommodation itself is set in a great location with wonderful views over the sea and only a short drive from all the lovely restaurants and beaches nearby. The property has everything you need, including a good heated pool. We would certainly recommend a stay and hope to return in the future.

Is difficult for me and my family to change from this wonderful location. If you like cosy and warm welcome, secluded places and quiet, a wonderful nature landscape both on the sea and the mountains together with excellent fish and meat food in the neighborhood. We have been there already twice and will come back for sure.... Thank you.. See you next year!!

Relaxing Retreat
This retreat was a relaxing escape, complete with a private pool and beautiful views. The ground floor twin bedrooms with easy pool access were convenient. The sea-facing double bedroom on the first floor was a special treat, and the roof terrace provided mesmerizing sunset views. Close proximity to shops and the beach made our stay even more enjoyable.

Spanish Serenity
This seaside retreat offered us Spanish serenity with its private pool and stunning countryside views.
