This delightful villa accommodates up to 8 guests and features 3 bathrooms, including 2 en suite. The 10 x 5 m heated pool is surrounded by sun loungers, providing a perfect space to relax or take a refreshing dip. The open-plan living area is bright and airy, with a fully equipped kitchen, dining space, and comfortable seating around a flat-screen TV. Large patio doors open onto a covered terrace with a BBQ and dining area, ideal for alfresco meals with family and friends. The villa's interior is stylishly furnished with a high standard of finishes. On the ground floor, two twin bedrooms share a separate shower room. Upstairs, a twin bedroom with en suite shower and a double bedroom with en suite bathroom both feature balconies with distant sea views over the neighbouring rooftops toward the western coast of the island.
Outside, the large private pool is surrounded by ample terrace space for sunbathing, and the covered terrace offers a shaded area with a BBQ, sink, worktop, and dining table for relaxed meals. The L-shaped open-plan living area flows seamlessly from the lounge to the kitchen, with patio doors connecting the interior to the terrace and pool area.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We had an unforgettable stay at this stylish property. The home is modern and comfortable, with a great pool and plenty of space for everyone. We especially loved the outdoor dining area and BBQ. Lovely villa with Panoramic Views!
We spent two wonderful weeks at this elegant home, which is in a lovely area and has the most beautiful far-reaching views. The property is spacious, well-decorated, and well-maintained - it has everything you need, and we all enjoyed the well-kept pool and garden. The agent was really helpful and gave us great recommendations for places to visit. All in all, this accommodation was a great holiday location for us, and we would love to return.
