Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We stayed for a week, and everything was perfect. The villa was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The pool was the highlight, and the outdoor space was ideal for relaxing. Loved the sea views!
The distant sea views from the balcony were a dream! Mornings with coffee outside were the best way to start the day. The villa itself was stylish and comfortable, and the pool area was well-maintained. The agency’s concierge gave us great local tips, and we even got a discount on a boat tour. Fantastic for families!
We traveled as two families, and this villa was perfect! The layout gave us plenty of space, and the kids absolutely loved the heated pool. The beach was close enough to walk, and the water park was just around the corner. The welcome pack was a nice touch after a long journey. Already thinking about coming back next year!

One in a million
We would definitely recommend this villa to anybody and it is now our dream to be able to one day return again. The views are absolutely breathtaking and the villa is very private. The pool is also lovely and designed in such a way that you can just look out at the sea while swimming. We stayed here with a 4 month old baby and 22 month old toddler and it was a perfect holiday. My husband and I were able to enjoy the pool and area outside while they were napping or sleeping at night.

A Stunning villa - Highly Recommended
We travelled as 4 couples and all 8 of us found this villa to be first class. To start with, Alba was extremely supportive and communicative, providing lots of good information before we travelled. On arrival we were met at the airport by the villa host and taken to our luxury villa. Very well equipped and relaxing place! There was a gentle level of engagement throughout the week - enough to make sure we were OK, but not overly intrusive - spot on. Free welcome pack and free airport transfer was included on price.
