Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.

Ideal for Relaxing and Exploring
This villa was the perfect balance between relaxation and adventure. The kids loved the pool, and we enjoyed the quiet evenings on the terrace with that beautiful bay view. This elegant home is in an unbeatable location! We loved being so close to everything, yet the property felt private and peaceful. Perfect Family Holiday Spot

The perfect relaxing holiday
We have just returned from a wonderful holiday. This spacious villa is lovely and in a great location. The pool was fabulous, which was perfect for our children. The home is well-equipped, even providing beach towels. It was one of the most relaxing holidays we have had in Menorca and cannot recommend it enough.
