Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
The house is even more beautiful then on the pics, the house is clean and well-maintained, If you stay there you can do watersports, swim in the ocean or in the pool, discover the area or just stay and enjoy that wonderful house. The team of the villa helped us with everything we wanted. Thanks a lot to them all! I can give a clear recommendation to everybody, hope i Have the time to go there again next year. There was absolutley NOTHING to complain!

Beautiful location, super, well-equipped villa
We had a fantastic time at this elegant home. The property and its location far exceeded our expectations. It was a lovely, peaceful spot, with a great pool area. We were not disappointed! We had not visited this particular area before but absolutely loved it. We'll definitely be back!

perfect holiday
Just returned from Menorca....our holiday was amazing. The villa was beautiful and very spacious with all the mod cons including sky tv and air conditioning in each room. We really enjoyed our stay here and will definately come back here again in the future.

This charming accommodation is a central gem with an array of shops, restaurants, and the beach just a short walk away. The large private pool with Roman steps was perfect for a refreshing dip.
