Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Spent a week here with my husband and kids, and we had the best time. The villa is super cozy, the pool was amazing, and everything was within walking distance. No need for a car! The booking process was easy, and the agency even helped us arrange airport transfers. Will definitely book again!

Relaxing escape in paradise
We were a group of 7, and this villa was exactly what we needed. The open-plan layout was great for hanging out, and the outdoor dining area was perfect for evening meals with that sea view. The kids had a blast at the Aqua Center nearby, and we loved exploring Ciutadella. The welcome concierge was a nice touch, giving us all the local tips. Thanks for an amazing stay!

Best holiday ever!!
Stayed here with my family for a week, and we absolutely loved it! The view from the villa is breathtaking, and the pool area is just perfect for lazy days in the sun. The location is great-close to restaurants, shops, and the beach. The agency was super helpful with our booking, and everything was smooth from start to finish. Already planning our next trip!

Wonderful villa with a marvellous view
OUR second year at a home away from home, loved it yet again, close to all amenities. Fabolous sea view. Peaceful surroundings but only 5 mins walk from resort centre. 2 mins from cove. Everything goes like clockwork. Villa nice, fresh and well maintained. Reps friendly, at ease and informative. Beautiful villa in an excellent location. Very well-maintained and most importantly toddler-friendly. (i.e. well thought out safety gates, cot and highchair provided)

A very successful family holiday
First, let me confirm the description and pictures are 100% accurate. If anything, they understate the elegance and quality of the property. The owners clearly care about making the experience top-tier and succeed in every way. One of our favorite aspects of the property is not even shown or highlighted in the description - we found a wonderful outdoor terrace, billiard and ping pong table. The pool, patio and accommodation - while fairly depicted - exceeded our expectations (larger, nicer and better maintained than the pictures suggest!!)
