Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Loved everything about the place! Super clean, amazing location, and that saltwater pool was a dream. The terrace was our favorite spot - perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sea breeze. Peaceful & relaxing - exactly what we needed!
This place was everything we hoped for! The villa is stylish, modern, and well-equipped. The pool area was perfect for lounging, and the view was just stunning. We enjoyed walks to the nearby beach and had some great meals in town. Booking was easy, and the concierge team was really helpful with recommendations. Already thinking about coming back next year!

Amazing stay, would totally recommend!
We stayed here as a group of 8, and it was perfect. The villa is really spacious, and every bedroom had its own bathroom, which was a huge plus. The open-plan living area was bright & airy, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Loved the BBQ nights with that ocean view! The agency was super helpful with restaurant bookings and even arranged airport transfers for us. 5 stars from us!

Great villa for a family holiday!
Perfect location, quiet but close to everything! The pool was great, and the kids loved it. Beach, restaurants, shops - all just a short walk away. Super easy check-in & the welcome pack was a nice touch. Can’t wait to return!

Incredible sunsets & perfect location!
We spent an amazing week at this home! The sea view from the terrace was just WOW ????, especially at sunset. Loved having breakfast with that view every morning! The villa was clean, comfy, and had everything we needed. Walking distance to the beach & restaurants was a huge plus. Definitely coming back!
