Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We had a marvellous week. The villa is spacious, bright and clean. The pool was cleaned before arrival and again mid week. The owners are friendly and contactable. Our family of 8 enjoyed the space and spent most evenings sitting and eating around the BBQ area. Plenty of space to lounge around. We had a big fridge fridge reezer which was great and 2 small fridges, one being outside which was very convenient. A great week with the family and a great villa. We would definitely book up again.

Perfect holiday villa
This was our first family holiday all together as a group of 8 (3 generations from 18 months to 67 years) to a villa, and it was perfect! We wanted a villa with space for us all, great outside area, close to the beach, and this ticks every box. The location is perfect, so close to everything but secluded enough, and the villa itself is spacious, modern and has everything you need. Spent alot of time outside by the pool and used the BBQ area in evenings. Great to have all facilities such as washing/lots of fridges and the kids were very impressed with the PS4 and netflix (when a rest was needed!). Highly recommend staying here!
