Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.

A Perfect Getaway
This villa is exactly what we were looking for. The countryside views were amazing, and the villa itself was bright and spacious. Family Friendly and Relaxing
Our stay at this spacious villa was fantastic. We were a family of eight, and there was plenty of space for all of us. The private pool was lovely, and the outdoor dining area was great for evening meals. The location is perfect-a short walk to the beach and a fun waterpark. A lovely holiday home in the most beautiful part of Menorca
We really enjoyed our week in this picturesque part of Menorca. This charming accommodation was very well-situated, the views from the home were beautiful, and we liked the fact that it wasn't overlooked by anyone. The children absolutely loved the pool and they swam all the time. We would have liked tips on where to get groceries. It was a very relaxing week and we had a super time!
