Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.

Best ever!!
What you expect after seeing the pictures is exactly what you get when you are there. The peaceful and calm atmosphere combined with the fantastic view, takes away all motivation to go somewhere else. The nearby Villages have all the shopping, dining or going out to offer that one could whish for. After having been on a lot of beach holidays in beautiful places, we were here for first time now and here it is where we want to come back to again and again. The beach, the garden and the POOL are .... !!!!!!!!!!!!

Very spacious, perfect!!
We just returned from a lovely holiday at this elegant home in Menorca. The property is exactly as described and pictured, very large. The weather was very hot and sunny. The accommodation is well-maintained and clean. A mid-week clean was provided as well as the end-of-stay cleaning.
Alba is a pleasure to deal with: prompt replies to emails, meeting us at the airport for the transfer, and giving helpful advice about where to visit and the best times to go. It was fantastic customer service.

Had a great holiday!
We were a group of 8 and had a great holiday!!! This charming accommodation is really wonderful, with a great view and a nice swimming pool. We sat at the outdoor table until bedtime. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you need. There’s also a billiard and ping pong table available. The bathrooms are nice, and the bedrooms are comfortable. This property is really a recommendation!
