Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We loved staying here! The villa is in a quiet location but still within easy walking distance of restaurants and the beach. The private pool and terrace were perfect for lazy afternoons, and the kids had so much fun swimming. The glass atrium inside was such a nice feature, bringing in lots of natural light. Everything was well-maintained, and the air conditioning in the bedrooms was a lifesaver on hot nights. Would definitely recommend!

Lovely villa with a great outdoor space
This charming accommodation was a fantastic choice for our holiday. The outdoor area was beautiful, with plenty of space to lounge by the pool and a covered dining area for relaxing in the shade. The BBQ area was a great touch! Inside, the home was bright and airy, with comfortable bedrooms and a well-equipped kitchen. We appreciated the little details like the welcome pack and local recommendations. A really enjoyable stay in Menorca!

A wonderful family escape
We had the best time at this holiday spot! The location is perfect-just a short walk to the cove beach and close to shops and restaurants. The accommodation itself was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The pool was a huge hit with the kids, and we loved having a BBQ area to cook some amazing meals in the evenings. This travel agency was super helpful and made the whole process easy from booking to check-in. We can’t wait to come back!

Perfect Holiday!
Perfect holiday in Menorca, great service, nice and large bedrooms. The pool was also cleaned and an ideal size depth with a extra. The whole house was so well equipped and comfortable, the beds and bathrooms very clean. I was very pleased and felt the money was worth spending, on a place that had it all the whole package. Excellent choice see for yourself.

Outstanding Holiday
A highly recommended villa with everything you need. Warm welcome and great service by Alba and the booking team... really appreciated. Facility is awesome and in great condition, kitchen fully equipped and the whole property offers plenty of space and cosy spots everywhere. We - a group of 6- really enjoyed it, especially the pool. The pictures in all the collaterals are real. Good value for the money. Thanks for everything.

Perfect extended family holiday
Absolutely brilliant villa, perfect location to shops, bars and restaurants. BBQ hut is a major selling point. Would highly recommend and would be very happy to return.
