The villa offers high-end decoration, full air conditioning, large panoramic windows and an infinity pool overlooking the coastline. The terraces, garden and open architecture allow natural light from morning to evening, creating a calm and spacious setting.
On arrival, an airy patio leads to the main entrance with sea views and access to a solarium terrace. This floor includes two large bedrooms, each with a queen bed, generous storage and a private bathroom. Both rooms open through large windows onto a terrace with sweeping sea and pool views.
Going down one level, guests enter the main living floor. A panoramic lounge, dining area and open kitchen share a single, bright space facing the sea. The living room includes modern furnishings and a fireplace connecting to the dining room. The dining table seats 10-12 guests, while the kitchen is equipped with induction hob, hood, oven, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge, freezer, Nespresso machine, toaster and coffee maker. Large sliding windows open onto a terrace with outdoor dining, sea views and direct access to the pool and garden. A separate guest toilet is located on this floor.
The lower level includes a storage room, laundry room with washing machine and dryer, and three further bedrooms. Two rooms feature two single beds each (80 x 200 cm), which can be arranged as doubles if needed. They share a bathroom across the corridor with bathtub, double basin, WC and spacious shower. The final bedroom is very large, with a queen bed, dressing room and private bathroom featuring a hydromassage bathtub, separate shower, WC and double sink. All three bedrooms open through large windows to a lower garden with sea views directly from the beds.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We came as a group of 9 and everything went smoothly from start to finish. Spacious rooms, four clean bathrooms, and a lift that made moving around easy. The pool looked straight over the sea - even better than the pictures. Loved the walking trail nearby for morning runs. Towels, sheets, and even the little welcome pack were top quality. The whole experience felt professional but still personal.

Peaceful and elegant getaway
This villa felt like pure luxury but still very comfortable. We spent a week here in June and the weather was perfect for long swims in the infinity pool. The bedrooms opened to terraces with sea views - waking up like that was unreal. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. We walked to Sa Riera beach most days, then came back for dinner on the terrace. Couldn’t ask for more, truly relaxing.

Incredible villa and service
Stayed with another family and it was honestly one of the best trips we’ve had. The place looks straight out of a design magazine - glass walls, sea views, modern kitchen.
